1.生蚝提前一天泡上,因为是真空包装的,要充分泡开

2.鸡蛋2个打入碗中,葱切碎待用,生蚝洗净撒上少许盐。再将鸡蛋打散放入胡椒粉、盐、葱花搅拌均匀。
